Ag ullmhú do sheisiún ar-líne - Preparing for an online session

  • Ba chóir do dhaoine óga atá ag freastal ar Chlubanna agus ar Champaí Samhraidh Ógras ar-líne a bheith gléasta i slí oiriúnach chun aclaíocht/rince srl. a dhéanamh.

  • Ba chóir go mbeadh daoine óga in áit 'oscailte' sa teach (ní i seomra leapa) inar féidir le tuismitheoirí a bheith in aice láimhe chun seiceáil isteach orthu ach ní chóir go dtógfadh tuismitheoir páirt sna clubanna/campaí nó a bheith ann don chlub/champa ar fad.

  • Ba choir a chinntiú go bhfuil nasc idirlín agat atá ag obair, agus go bhfuil tú féin agus do pháiste sásta go mbeidh do pháiste infheicthe agus inchloiste le linn an chruinniú ar-líne.

  • Uaireanta tógfar grianghraif den ghrúpa ar mhaithe le poiblíocht d’Ógras ar na meáin shóisialta agus ar shuíomh Ógras (ní chuirtear na grianghraif ar fáil d’aon 3ú páirtí) - mar sin ba choir a chinntiú nach bhfuil ach céadainm an duine óg le feiceáil ar an scaileán agus nach bhfuil aon eolas eile maidir le seoladh baile srl. le feiceáil.

  • Le do thoil féach thíos ar na rialacha agus éiteas Ógras - beidh ort iad seo a léamh agus aontú leo roimh chlárú.

  • Young people attending the online Summer Camps should be dressed appropriately to participate in exercise/dancing etc.

  • Young people attending the camps should be in an 'open' area of the household (not the bedroom) where parents can be nearby and check in on the camps but parents should not take part in the camps or be present throughout the camps.

  • Be sure to have a working internet connection, and that yourself and your child are alright with your child being visible and audible during an online meeting.

  • Sometimes we will take a photo of the group for the purpose of publicity on our social media channels and the Ógras website (photos will not be made available to any 3rd party entities) - so please be sure that only the first name of the young person is on display during the online session, and don't display any extra information regarding address etc.

  • Please see below for camp ethos and rules - you will need to have read and agreed to these before registering.

Éiteas an Champa - The Camp's Ethos

Ní gá do pháistí a bheith flúirseach i nGaeilge le freastal ar Chlub/Champa Ógras ach is gá bun-thuiscint a bheith acu agus a bheith ag cleachtadh Gaeilge mar ábhar ar scoil.

Is í an Gaeilge teanga an Chlub agus an Champa Samhraidh.

Children attending Ógras Clubs/Camps do not need to be fluent in the Irish Language but should have a basic understanding, and should be studying Irish at school.

Irish is the spoken language of Clubs and Camps.

  • Chun freastal ar Chlubanna/Champaí Ógras i mbliana is gá do thuismitheoirí cead a thabhairt dá bpáistí freastal ar chruinniú ar-líne áit a mbeidh siad le feiscint agus le cloisteáil i rith an tseisiún ar fad.

Participation in this year's online Clubs/Camps means that parents have agreed that their child will attend an online meeting where they will be visible and audible throughout.

  •

Ba chóir do dhaoine óga atá ag freastal ar champa nó ar chlub ar-líne a bheith gléasta ar bhealach oiriúnach agus a bheith lonnaithe i spás oscailte sa teach áit gur féidir le tuismitheoirí seiceáil isteach orthu agus a bheith ar fáil má tá cabhair ag teastáil.
Young people attending online Clubs/Camps should be appropriately dressed and attending from an 'open' area in the household with nothing inappropriate in the background, and where parents may check on them/be on hand if needs be.

Beidh grianghraf a thógáil le linn an Chlub/an Champa le húsáid mar ábhar bolscaireachta d’Ógras amháin agus ní bheidh ainm iomlán an pháiste le feiceáil le haon ghrianghraf.
We do take photographs at the Clubs/Camps which are used for promotional purposes only and we will not state any members' full names with any of these photographs.

  •

Ní ghlacfar le droch-iompar, droch theanga nó aisfhreagairt le linn an tseisiún.
Bad behaviour, bad language or answering back is not permitted during the session.

  •

Táthar ag súil go léireoidh gach ball meas dóibh féin, don fhoireann agus do narannpháirtithe eile le linn an tréimhse ar-líne.
It is expected that each member will show respect - to themselves, all staff members and to other participants for the duration of the online session.

  •

Ba choir do thuismitheoirí/caomhnóirí a chinntiú go dtuigeann an páiste/duine óg na rialacha seo.
Parents/Guardians should ensure that their child/children understand these rules.
